Working with Mapei Americas

Mapei produces adhesives, sealants, and other chemical building products at manufacturing plants throughout the world. Their plant in West Chicago relies on us to keep their spare parts inventory at levels that will assure continuous production. We work directly with Marco Romero, their Spare Parts Manager.

When their spare parts inventory reaches a predetermined level, they call us to manufacture additional parts for them. With this process in place, if a part needs to be replaced, they only need to shut down their operations for a brief time to make a replacement, and they avoid expensive downtime for long periods.
